Town & Country Residential Appraisals has been in business for 15 years. We have been growing and continuing to add to our client base with lender and non-lender assignments. Our office will provide the ideal candidate with back end support which includes data research, order acceptance and delivery, client updates, data entry, editing, scheduling and networking/marketing.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Certified Appraiser. As a Certified Appraiser, you will conduct property evaluations, assess market conditions, and provide accurate appraisals. Your responsibilities will include inspecting properties, analyzing data, and preparing appraisal reports.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Real Estate Appraiser
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in appraisal software and tools
