Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while conducting field inspections within a designated service area. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to producing accurate, USPAP-compliant reports with integrity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Conduct physical inspections of residential properties within your assigned territory
Analyze market trends, neighborhood data, and comparable sales to determine credible market values
Develop thorough, well-supported appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP and applicable lender guidelines
Communicate effectively with clients, homeowners, and team members throughout the appraisal process
Manage multiple assignments while maintaining deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

Active Certified Residential Appraiser license in good standing
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Experience using industry-standard appraisal software (Total, ACI, etc.)
Reliable transportation for field inspections
Proficiency with MLS, public records, and online data sources
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity

Preferred

FHA approved
Experience with complex or unique residential properties
