Duties Include

Responsible for preparation of high-quality written appraisal reports.
Maintain market knowledge of real estate values and property developments.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry valuation standards and best practices.
Provide timely, personalized and quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

Appraiser must live in or near the metro area.
Bachelor’s degree.
Significant experience working on various investment-grade and/or income-producing properties such as office, retail, multifamily and industrial.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser preferred.
Strong real estate valuation and financial modeling skills with proficiency in ARGUS.
Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects.
Attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a concise manner.
Ability to travel with Valid Driver’s license.
