Duties Include
- Responsible for preparation of high-quality written appraisal reports.
- Maintain market knowledge of real estate values and property developments.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry valuation standards and best practices.
- Provide timely, personalized and quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
- Appraiser must live in or near the metro area.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Significant experience working on various investment-grade and/or income-producing properties such as office, retail, multifamily and industrial.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Certified General Real Estate Appraiser preferred.
- Strong real estate valuation and financial modeling skills with proficiency in ARGUS.
- Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects.
- Attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a concise manner.
- Ability to travel with Valid Driver’s license.
