Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting narrative commercial real estate appraisal reports
Conduct market research and analyze leases, operating expenses, and property data
Source and evaluate comparable sales and lease information
Participate in on-site property inspections (including occasional out-of-state travel)
A collaborative, high-touch approach to client service

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Real estate experience
Strong writing and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Self-motivated and organized — able to manage your own schedule
Prior experience in real estate or finance is a plus, but not required
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in real estate valuation

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary + split-fee structure
Earning potential: $65,000+ annually
