Description

Integra Realty Resources – Los Angeles (IRR), the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm with industry leading tools and technology is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. We serve Northern California and have offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento area, Orange County and Los Angeles County. Superior fee splits, medical/dental benefits, and 401K offered. We also offer an education allowance.

Requirements

Qualified candidate must be thorough, detail oriented, motivated, and have strong writing skills
Must be computer literate, IRR utilizes high productivity report writing software
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Argus experience desirable
Experience in the valuation of LIHTC property is a plus
Must have the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Certified State License required
Three plus years Commercial Appraisal experience desired
