The Role

As a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, you will delve into the complexities of property valuation, employing your analytical prowess and attention-to-detail to deliver top-notch reports. Your work will encompass a variety of property types, ensuring no two days are the same, yet also demand focus on specific tasks to meet our standards of accuracy and reliability.

Tasks and Activities

Perform research using industry acknowledged databases and tools used across US market
Analyze property level information from various sources including income statements, rent rolls, reimbursements, occupancy statistics to put together an indication of value
Prepare collateral monitoring reports for assets underlying debt/equity investments. The assets range from office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, retail and others
Perform valuation and appraisal services for commercial real estate properties for the US markets and prepare reports for assets underlying debt/equity investments. The assets range from office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, retail and others.

Qualifications & Experience

Valuation experience in the USA Property Market is a MUST and non-negotiable
Minimum of 5 years as a property valuer
RICS is beneficial
Bachelors Degree
