It specializes in the analysis of investment property, including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial facilities, undeveloped land, and other commercial properties. Clients include lenders, government agencies, real estate developers, and investors.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spokane, WA for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee at Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with property inspections, market research, data analysis, and report preparation under the guidance of experienced appraisers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
• Interest in pursuing an appraisal license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
