Valbridge Property Advisors is looking for a commercial real estate appraiser trainee to join our team in the Twin Cities. If you are looking to grow, innovate and lead with the resources of one of the nation’s largest independent commercial valuation companies and you have some exposure and experience in commercial real estate, we want to hear from you. Our appraisers provide high-end, professional commercial real estate appraisal services for a variety of real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special use properties. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, lending institutions, attorneys, developers, accounting firms, and government agencies. We are in search of an appraiser to work in the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas.

This position is located in Eagan, MN in the MSP metro area.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a valid driver’s license and authorization to work permanently in the United States. Excellent writing skills are necessary and all candidates should have very strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Additional skills in financial modeling, data analysis and excellent time management are strongly preferred.
