The Role

As a Real Estate Appraisal Property Inspector, you will balance the technical requirements of field appraisals with a creative approach to social media engagement. Your on-site property assessments will help generate trustworthy appraisals, while your presence on social media platforms will educate and connect with a wider audience, demystifying the appraisal process. This hybrid role requires both an eye for detail in the field and an ability to communicate compelling insights online.

Tasks and Activities

Conduct field appraisals, including property measurements, photographing, and gathering data for valuations.
Document property conditions and create detailed reports that meet real estate appraisal standards.
Create social media content, including property tours, market insights, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the appraisal process.
Engage with followers on social media, answering questions about appraisals and providing educational content.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategy with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

2-5 years of real estate field appraisal experience.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter & Tiktok.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical content in an engaging way.
Real estate appraisal license
Industry standard appraisal software and databases
Social media content creation experience.
