✔️ Prepare detailed appraisal reports with accurate valuations 📑

✔️ Ensure compliance with state and federal appraisal regulations ✅

✔️ Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and clients 🤝

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Licensed Real Estate Appraiser 🎓

✅ Strong analytical and research skills 🔍

✅ Familiarity with real estate market trends & valuation tools 📊

✅ Excellent report-writing and communication skills 📝

✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ⏳
