Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Appraiser at Kerin & Fazio, LLC in Fairfield, CT. The Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for daily tasks such as conducting real estate appraisals, utilizing analytical skills to determine property values, specializing in residential real estate valuation, and ensuring accurate and detailed assessments.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills
- Analytical Skills
- Expertise in Residential Real Estate Appraisal
- Experience in property appraisal techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification or license in real estate appraisal (e.g., MAI, SRA) is a plus
- Would consider graduating senior interested in real estate
