Role Description

This is a role for a Real Estate Appraiser or Real Estate Trainee at Platinum Appraisal. The Qualified individual will be responsible for Looking at houses/inspections, conducting property valuations, analyzing real estate market trends, and preparing appraisal reports. This role will be flexibility for some remote work/flexible hours. 1099 Position.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in Residential Real Estate
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in property assessments
• Proficiency in real estate appraisal software
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Trainees License or State Certified Appraiser
