Description
The Minneapolis/St. Paul office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm with Industry leading tools and technology is seeking a senior level analyst (commercial real estate appraiser) with the ability to complete complex appraisal assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Senior Analysts perform real estate valuations and market analysis of individual properties as well as portfolios of properties for all property types. Specific duties include:
- Analysis of complex commercial real estate
- Production of commercial real estate appraisal reports and/or market studies
- Analysis of historical and projected revenue and operating expenses for properties
- Creation of Argus (cash flow software) models for complex income property assignments and other financial analysis
- Research and analysis of market trends including conducting market interviews, arraying data into graphs and maps for use as report exhibits
- Researching, verifying and analyzing commercial real estate sales and lease transactions
- Entering sale and lease transactions into IRR’s proprietary database
Requirements
- Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial appraisal experience
- Desire to attain the MAI designation is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple complex assignments with varying deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Self-motivation with ability to work autonomously or as a team member.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- An undergraduate degree is required. Degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business and/or experience in these fields are preferred.
