Valbridge Scholars Internship Program in Boulder, Colorado

Valbridge Property Advisors is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our team in Boulder, Colorado, as part of the Valbridge Scholars Internship Program (Summer 2025). This is a paid internship designed for university undergraduate and graduate students, particularly rising seniors and graduate students, who are interested in commercial real estate appraisal.

About the Internship

• Duration: Minimum 6 weeks (June-July 2025), with a commitment of at least 6 hours per day.
• Location: Boulder, Colorado office.
• Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate appraisal, including various property types, valuation methodologies, and industry organizations.
• Learning Opportunities:
  • Weekly Lunch and Learn series with guest speakers on various topics in the field.
  • Team-based capstone project during the internship term.
  • Company-sponsored trip to meet other internship program participants, Valbridge leaders, and specialized tours and programming.

Requirements

• Eligibility: Actively enrolled university undergraduate and graduate students, with a strong preference for rising seniors and graduate students.
• Skills: Strong interest in commercial real estate appraisal, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
